My Approach to Helping

Navigating life can be difficult without the added stress of relationship or family problems, depression, anxiety, or addiction. I work primarily with young women from pre-adolescence to young adult and women at all stages of life experiencing these and other challenges to achieve the change they are seeking to return to a healthier, more balanced life. I offer dating and relationship coaching for single and married women who are struggling in their search for happy, healthy and fulfilling relationships. I also provide household structuring and organization counseling for families.

I have an open and informal style that provides the comfort and safety needed to explore the challenging and difficult aspects of life. I have been trained in multiple therapies, however, the therapeutic experience is individual, and treatment is tailored specific to the client.

I offer day, evening and Saturday appointments to fit your schedule, and emergency appointments are available. My office is easily accessed from I-15 and Highway 89, and is 15 minutes from downtown Salt Lake City and 15 minutes from Ogden.
