My Approach to Helping

We will work together to find ways to preserve, restore, and heal relationships that matter to you. We can also work to help you heal from the grief and loss of relationships, through divorce, death, or abandonment. Whether you are dealing with a normal grief reaction or a more chronic depression, or anxiety, therapy has been shown to be effective in helping people recover and return to a state of being that allows you to feel better, and function better in your work and family. I will coach and teach you new skills to better manage stress, parenting concerns, and life changes. I will help you learn new decision-making and problem-solving skills that will extend far beyond the issues that might bring you to seek psychological services.

More Info About My Practice

You may find yourself stuck and wondering how to move forward. I help people focus on what matters most to them. We will identify your goals, interests and needs. We will then find and together evaluate the information you need to move forward toward the goals you have clarified for yourself. We can work together to help you free yourself from burdens you have carried for years. Liberated from the old "baggage" of the past, you can reclaim yourself and your life.
