What brings people to therapy is often some form of suffering. Many times this suffering is connected to a crisis such as divorce, illness, the death of a loved one, adjustment to a different culture or loss of employment. At other moments the reasons behind our suffering are not so clear.I believe that through psychotherapy we can learn to understand ourselves, and become better able to embrace all that life has to offer.Each of us has a unique story and unless we figure out how to live it we cannot find the deepest meaning in our lives.
