My Approach to Helping
It is my passion to help children, adolescents, teens, families, and adults through individual and group counseling find balance while they are struggling with life changing events and the daily pressures in their lives. I believe active listening, empathy, and the therapeutic relationship provide the foundation for positive change through counseling.

I understand that children often do not have the vocabulary to express their feelings and need to be able to do so through other mediums such as play, art, games, and sand tray work.

I can help with OCD, defiance, depression, anxiety, divorce, grief and loss, anger, self-esteem, and other concerns. It would be my privilege to help guide you or your child to make positive changes in your lives.

It is my philosophy that with awareness and a positive outlook, change can happen. I believe you have already taken the first step by spending time on this site.
