My Approach to Helping
Sometimes doing everything you can just isn't enough to alleviate the pressures, anxiety, loneliness, and emotional ailments of life. Too many changes happen at once, or something big and unexpected occurs, and suddenly it seems like you're caught in a whirlwind of confusion and dismay. You want to get back on track and regain a sense of balance and purpose. Chances are the answers are already within you, but have been blocked by the buildup of stress related thoughts and emotions. It is possible, with a little work, to overcome those inner barriers, find a sense of balance, and achieve emotional harmony again. It's my goal to facilitate that healing experience for you.
