My Approach to Helping

"Being a Psychologist has provided me the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others. Each of us has our own personal story that is unique in how it cultivates and shapes our thoughts, feelings and beliefs about ourselves, others and the world. In a genuine and supportive environment, my clients talk about their story, and as it unfolds, we work together to explore, discover, and problem solve".
