My Approach to Helping
Your sexual health and enjoyment are important. I honor your gender expressions, sexual preferences, and relationship choices. As a clinical sexologist and consulting hypnotist, I bring a "sex positive" and pleasure positive outlook to our sessions, supporting you in your discoveries as well as your challenges. My office is a "No Shame Zone." You will be treated with warmth, respect, dignity and kindness. I will put my distinctive training at your service, to support you in claiming and celebrating your authentic sexuality and gender expression.
My practice is unique in that I offer four basic types of services to my clients:
1) Clinical sexology: short-term sex counseling and sexual enrichment education;
2) Specialized hypnotism for non-medical sexuality issues, such as dysfunction, management of behavior, or overcoming shame;
3) General hypnotism for a variety of health, habit control, performance and personal growth concerns (and many of the topics listed under the Concerns & Issues section);
4) Intimacy and communications skills classes including PREPĀ© pre-marital, marriage and couples programs and basic tantra instruction (no nudity/no intimate touching). Private classes and group instruction available. All classes LGBTQI and poly friendly.
I work with individuals, couples and intimate multiples. My practice is Trans, LGBQ, and poly friendly. I am a "Kink Aware Professional" (KAP List). I have a deep desire to provide positive support to transgender and transsexual people, both as a professional and from my own experience as the mother of a transgender child.
You can expect a certain amount of "home play" assignments when you come see me! I can provide you with a lot of great tools and ideas, but it's up to you to practice!
I also offer specialized instruction in sexual and intimacy skills to adult individuals and couples who deal with diagnosed or suspected Asperger's Syndrome. (Adult virgins or those who feel they lack experience also benefit from learning these skills.)
