My Approach to Helping
I am a clinical therapist who believes change is possible and positive thinking begins with the client as well as the therapist guiding the client in the process. I use a sensitive approach to counseling that includes input from the client in which is most comfortable and reassuring to the client. Strengths based treatment and seeing how resilient people are have been very powerful in individual sessions with me. I believe having knowledge and skills in various types of therapeutic approaches are most beneficial in the outcome of treatment with both individuals and/or families.
