I offer an affordable sliding fee schedule beginning as low as $50 per session for those who have not met their deductible and self-pay clients. I am a Universally Approved Provider and therefore, my services are available to most insureds. I accept plans such as Aetna, United, BCBS, Medicaid, and Midland's Choice.
