My Approach to Helping
I encourage you to reach out to see how we can best work together. I would need to meet with you for an initial session to see how I can best help whether you want to use a specific therapeutic tool, face a difficult past, reflect, or have the highest level of confidentiality in a professional setting. I hope to work with you on the concerns you bring to your therapy sessions, whether you want to overcome an addiction, change a pattern of behavior, deal with a tragic event in your life. I seek to use my clinical experience as well as the resources available to me through my training to guide you and see you through.
