My Approach to Helping

I believe that therapy is a collaborative process and as such work with people to develop treatment plans and approaches best suited to their individual needs. I have training and experience with the treatment of a broad range of difficulties including depression, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, identity and relationship concerns, suicidal thoughts and behaviors and self injury (e.g. cutting).
