Most emotional difficulties are related to relationship issues. These are issues with one's self or related to others. Self-reflection and communication are in the heart of healing from these difficulties. No matter what brings you in, we together, will figure out what is the best course of action to overcome the difficulties that you are experiencing. More Info About My Practice

I am in the most major provider insurance planes, including but not limited to Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, United Behavioral Health and many different Employee Assistance Programs. My fee is $140 for the first session and $110 thereafter.
