My Approach to Helping
When you aren't able to bring your spouse into therapy, you can still accomplish a lot if you come on your own. If you are feeling resentment, fear, anxiety or some level of depression or frustration, therapy can help. Unhappiness can erode your self esteem and lower your confidence. Your life is far too important to feel inner turmoil or pain. My goal for you is to feel more integrated, confident, healthy and whole in your life. I bring a passion and belief in the process of therapy for growth & healing and use it to support and guide you to restore balance and live happier.
