My Approach to Helping

Are you trying to save your relationship? Do you frequently argue about the same issues? Do you desire the closeness you once had, but don't know how to get it back? Being in a relationship is hard work, and we all experience times where our relationship ideal is not our reality. The great news is that you can get back those warm feelings that drew you together in the beginning. I can help you make sense of the struggles, and explore conflict in a way that brings clarity, understanding and intimacy back in to your relationship. More Info About My Practice

I believe that people who specifically seek couples counseling are making a choice about their desire to do all they can to protect, preserve and strengthen their relationship. Sharing that value, I work hard with couples to get through the difficulties and work toward meaningful change. I help couples with effective communication, identifying emotional blind spots, recovering from affairs, and improving intimacy. I specialize in relationship transitions such as engagement, marriage, parenthood, and plateaus. I bring a compassionate understanding of the hard work required to make relationships work. Call today to regain the closeness you once had.
