My Approach to Helping
Your life is limited by your thoughts. If you change your thinking you will change your life. Most of our negative thoughts are formed by the age of seven (before we develop critical thinking). In order to remove these negative thoughts, you need to go into your subconscious. In therapy, we will work in identifying your triggers which cause you to react and remove the reaction you have to these triggers. Please schedule an appointment. I offer you a safe place for you to talk and learn coping tools. I work with various techniques such as cognitive behavioral, EMDR, hypnosis, EFT, thought field therapy. We will determine where you are at this time and where you want to go. Call me to get started in designing your new goals.

Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With

Interventions for childhood, broken hearts, accident and war traumas, depression, anxiety and panic attacks are my areas of forte. My clients’ success in therapy brings me joy. It is bliss when they tell me that they no longer are haunted with the problem.

How Psychotherapy Can Help

There is an exchange of rapport between the client in psychotherapy that begins the healing. This rapport coupled with interventions that the therapist uses, focused to the uniqueness of the client's problem, produces changes in the client. Some clients are stuck in self-defeating beliefs, others suffered emotional distress, others have err in waiting too long to get help and now the brain has form a defective map that provokes, i.e. panic attacks, repetitive behaviors, etc.

My View on the Purpose of Psychotherapy

The purpose of psychotherapy is to help the client heal the hurt. It is a way for the client to share their problems with someone that has been professionally trained and does not have any emotional ties with client or judge the client in a derogatory way. We may have parents, siblings, family and friends to talk to, but they are not the professionals trained to provide interventions. Also, they have emotional ties with the client and would not be able to provide unbiased help.

What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist

What I do is my hobby. It is my vocation. I do soul work and I am a practioner of the healing arts. It is heaven when a client who came into my office crying leaves hopeful. It is important for my client to come prepare to work, to look for ways to change and to accept the interventions
