I work at a private practice and am a provider with several insurance companies, to include: Aetna, BHS/Behavioral Health Systems, Corphealth, Coventry, Humana, Magellan, ComPsych, and MHNet/Vista (plan for Broward County School Board Employees). My services are also covered by other insurance companies that provide Out-of-Network benefits.
My office is in Boca Raton - located on Yamato Road, two lights east of the I95 exit by Dixie Highway, on the first floor of the Boca Conference and Executive Center Building (tall green glass building).
