Oktay Kilic is a computer scientist and programmer who lives in Turkey. Over the last 10 years his focus has been internet technology, mostly web programming. Oktay's particular expertise is related to server and web technologies and he is currently working on a number of cutting-edge web programming projects, including GoodTherapy.org. Oktay loves to think as machines think, logically and algorithmically. He studies Astronautical Engineering at Istanbul Technical University in Turkey.
