As you may have experienced, the writing and sharing of one's own story can be a profound experience. And for those of us witnessing another's story we can experience our hearts opening to others and...to ourselves.

 

For the purpose of encouraging and supporting the potential healing which exists in telling and witnessing stories, The Healing Story Collection shares personal accounts of the psychotherapeutic healing process. With this collection GoodTherapy.org hopes to inspire readers to open their hearts, to witness the spiritual and mystical depths of psychotherapy, and to offer an experiential way of learning about the psychotherapy process.
